Recently founded, initial fitness is on a mission to help as many people as possible transform their health and live more healthy for life.
who we are
initial fitness was founded in a small apartment in washington d.c by jacob and abbi with the goal of helping others learn how easy it can be to live a healthier life. they love helping others and seeing the transformation that small changes can really make.
compelled to help others, they kept thinking “what if more people knew this?” “what if they grew up with it?” and all the other “what if…?” questions you can imagine.
this became a mantra. Initial Fitness was created with the “IF” in mind. there is always an “if” to every situation. at initial fitness we belive the “if” is a trigger for change.
initial fitness was created with the goal of helping people excell during their hour at the gym and then use the 23 hours outside of the gym to thier advantage to create the easiest transformation possible.
we look forward to helping as many people as possible learn to overcome the stigma that being healthy is harder then being unhealthy.
