Description
The 6 Week Starter Program is made for those who have either never been to the gym, or are getting started again after a long break.
It is made to go to the gym 4x/week and the entire workout should take approximately 40 minutes.
Included in the workouts is a short warmup and cooldown routine that targets the specific muscles used during the days workout.
This program starts out easy and builds intensity in order to help you get your body moving again in a way that will not make you so sore that you dread using the toilet or walking down the stairs the next morning.
